Emil Bednarek, Kapo

The word "KAPO" called privileged stratum of prisoners, which was formed mainly of Germans, criminals, and in exchange for the facilitation helped the camp administration to manage the inmate population. In 1965 Bednarek was sentenced by a German court to life imprisonment.
